Last weekend I had the honor of shooting Angela & James' wedding down in Kentucky with my friend Jason from ish Photo. I've realized that one of the hardest parts of being a wedding photographer is having to say good bye at the end of the day. You spend so much time with the family and wedding party during one of the most intimate days of their lives, and then the night ends and it brings with it a little sadness. I love when I get a chance to get back with the couples and catch up on their honeymoon while viewing some pics. Here are just a few of them from the day! Thanks to Jason for helping me get some great shots! Be sure to check him out!

Heather
Wow! And I thought weddings were fun! I just got back from shooting my first senior and couldn't wait to put a slideshow together. Heather is an amazing young woman with an extremely bright future ahead of her. She's got great taste -- in photographers =) -- and hobbies. You'll see what I mean towards the end with the gadget in her hands. If all seniors are a fraction of this fun, it's gonna be a blast!

Scott & Alicia
Friday night was round one of a double-header weekend packed with back-to-back killer weddings! Scott and Alicia, aka our future babysitters that we're gonna stick our kids with for a long weekend so they can have some practice and my own bride and I can get away, were a stunning couple. Here are just a few of the shots of them. Be sure to check out the bottom one!
This adorable boy ran out to the floor right on time for the garter toss. He stood there just waiting with hope in his eyes and arms reaching out. He was stealing the show and stealing the hearts of the girls! An obviously handsome young man, he looks just like his father--ME!
