Liz & Matt :: Indianapolis Wedding Photography

Recently I shot a beautiful wedding for Liz & Matt at the glorious Second Presbyterian Church followed by their reception at Meridian Hills Country Club.   This has been one of my favorite weddings ever!  Not only have I been fortunate enough to get to truly know the families, but I was able to reconnect with a few of my old students that I taught many years ago!  The day was gorgeous, as was the bride.  Thanks to Royal Creations for the great flowers and the stunning (and yummy, if I may add so) cake from Classic Cakes!  AND thanks to Liz and Matt for giving me such stunning images!

TO BLOG --- OR TO FACEBOOK?

THAT IS THE QUESTION...
I've found that blogging is a lot harder than Facebooking - as if you didn't know that already.  I update my Facebook multiple times a day, but look at my last blog post date - JANUARY???  Have I not been taking pictures???

If you follow me on Facebook, you know what my year has been like: Weddings, Portraits, ESPYS in LA, Golden Gate in San Fran, Chicago, etc... I feel like I've been everywhere lately!  If you're not already a "friend" of mine, jump over to my Facebook page so we can keep in touch and you can keep up with all my amazing shoots and opportunities that I'm blessed with (or, Facebook stalk me)!

2011 WEDDINGS :: Indianapolis Wedding Photographer

The Bold & The Beautiful
As I looked through a handful of weddings I had this pastyear, two words came to mind: BOLD & BEAUTIFUL! “Bold” representing the rich colors and “Beautiful”representing the gorgeous brides! Weddings this year had me touring all of Indiana ranging from theChicago “Region” all the way down to Evansville and the Ohio River.

This first picture "officially" kicked off 2011 as it was taken during the countdown on New Years.

As many of you may know, I’m a people person. I love meeting new families, watching their interactions, and capturing the true essence of their personalities. This past year was FILLED with smiles and laughter, shoots with old friends and new, and some of my personal favorites to hang around my house.
